This agreement governs the terms under which creators submit content, photos, designs, and templates to Pixlaris.
Contributors must be at least 18 years old and create a verified contributor account.
Creators retain full, original copyright ownership in all photos, vectors, illustrations, templates, and videos submitted.
All submissions must be entirely your own original work. Stolen or plagiarized submissions are prohibited.
If your asset was generated using artificial intelligence, you must explicitly disclose this in the upload metadata as an AI Generated Asset.
You grant Pixlaris a worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to host, display, index, market, and sub-license your submitted content.
Contributors earn royalties based on user downloads of their submitted content, paid out monthly in accordance with tier rates and revenue terms.
Creators can request asset deletion. Past licensed downloads remain valid. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
